Job Description

Job Overview
As an Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting our highquality concrete products and services to contractors construction companies and other clients in the construction industry. This role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships understanding project needs and achieving sales targets within your territory.


This position includes a fulltime salary bonus full benefits a company truck & gas card.

Duties
  • Utilize proven sales techniques to generate leads and attract new customers in the construction and concrete sectors
  • Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory ensuring consistent followup and relationshipbuilding
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales goals and share best practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering tailored product
  • solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently ensuring profitable partnerships

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales with a focus on direct sales business development or B2B sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build longlasting relationships with clients
  • Ability to upsell concrete products or services effectively catering to customer needs
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and knowledge of concrete products is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
