As a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect at Horizontal Digital you will manage develop and implement technology solutions for clients. The Technical Architect is a critical role for the team and will lead the development of our Salesforce projects.
Were looking for a digital technology expert who is comfortable leading as a player/coach. In this role you will manage developer resources and work sidebyside with project teams as an active participant defining requirements shaping technical solutions and taking a handson approach to implementation and quality assurance. You will work across multiple projects with a diverse team consisting of a mix of front and backend developers digital strategists project managers and the UX/creative team. Your goal is to manage a team to produce great work expand our technical capabilities and help clients meet digital objectives.
What youll do:
- Work with functional and business clients to determine solutions that drive additional business value
- Deploy and maintain integrations as part of longterm client relationships
- Work with Salesforce products including core: Sales and Service Cloud
- Make technology decisions related to the Salesforce environment
- Work creatively and analytically with clients to understand business needs and create technical solutions in a problemsolving environment
- Develop solutions for fit and scalability while ensuring that they confirm to longterm strategic priorities
- Evolve and shape the strategy architecture platform and standards for the integration team
- Specify and publish standards around APIs
- Be involved in presales activities
Who you are:
- Experience designing and implementing a projects technical architecture
- Have the ability to work closely with clients to define and derive the solutions
- Ability to guide the Development team
- Good understanding of Salesforce Deployment/Physical architecture
- Experience working with different file standards
- Experienced with Object Oriented Architecture and RESTful Architecture
What you bring:
- Experience defining the structure of the system its interfaces and the principles that guide the client
- Strong skills in system documentation (ERDs process flows etc)
- 8 years of clientfacing consulting/professional services experience
- 8 years of experience design refinement and implementing Salesforce solutions with an emphasis on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Experience with Call centers stand up
- Preferred experience with any of the following: Financial Services Cloud Data Cloud; Experience Cloud; Marketing Cloud variations: Engagement/Advanced/Growth Edition(s)
- Certification on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (application design architecture and development using
- Preferred Certification Financial Services Cloud; Experience Cloud Data Cloud (application design architecture and development using
- Experience working within crossfunctional project team to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Prior experience working in areas of integration technology and driving new points of view and capabilities
- Experience with coding testing debugging implementing and documenting complex integrations
- Prior experience in management methodologies (waterfall agile) enterprise planning estimation and project management (single and multisite)

The pay range for this fulltime position is $160000 to $200000 per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on the posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position across all US locations as of the date of this posting. Within the range actual offered compensation is dependent upon the individuals work location and additional factors including but not limited to jobrelated skills experience relevant education and training internal equity among the team and applicable employment laws. Please note the compensation details in the US role posting reflects base salary only and doesnt include discretionary performance bonus or other incentives (if applicable).
