Dietary Aide
Harlem Center for Nursing andRehabilitation is looking for aDietary Aide to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Harlem NY!

Dietary Aide Responsibilities
Serve meals inaccordance with established portion control procedures
Assist in daily orscheduled cleaning duties
Set up meal traysfood carts dining rooms etc. as instructed
Assist cook inpreparing meals
Distribute and collectmenus as necessary
Prepare and dispose offood and waste in accordance with sanitary guidelines
Ensure that food andsupplies for meals are readily available
Assist in inventoryingand storing incoming food supplies etc. as necessary
Dietary Aide Requirements
High school diploma or its equivalent
COVID19 Vaccination
Preferred
Previous experience inlongterm care
