Remote Customer Care with a Travel Company (Swedish Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria! Youve got to be located in Bulgaria. If youre located in Sofia then its a hybrid mode you can still work from home yet youve got to visit the office a few times per week.
Salary is EUR 1800 per month gross with bonuses

What youll do:
As a Travel Support Representative youll provide outstanding assistance to travelers across the globewhether its flights hotels car rentals or more. Youll help make their journeys smoother and more memorable.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. giving you evenings and weekends free to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.
Your role will include:

Delivering exceptional service through phone email and chat

Understanding and resolving customer needs with empathy and efficiency

Maintaining uptodate knowledge of the travel platforms services
-
Supporting efforts to continuously improve customer satisfaction

Documenting customer interactions clearly and accurately
Your skills and background:
-
Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) and a good working knowledge of English

Comfortable using computers browsing online and handling basic PC tasks

A high school diploma and some experience in a similar role is an advantage

Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment

A team player with excellent communication and problemsolving skills

Flexible to work in rotating shifts if needed
