Job Role and Duties:
- Driving the companys financial strategy planning & capital.
- Managing budgeting & reporting functions.
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organizations operations.
- Ensure compliance with the laws and companys polices
- Facilitating external audits.
- Managing tax and corporate related matters and liaison with financial institutions.
- Keep under review all corporate governance arrangements & development which impact the company.
- Ensuring all forms & returns are filed with securities & exchange Commission of Pakistan within the due date.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master in finance / CA ACCA.
8 Relevant Experience.
Excellent Communication Skill Systematic Approach Market Research & Awareness.
ERP Knowledge Knowledge of laws Knowledge of SECP FBR PRA.
