Job Description
Assist with maintaining data accuracy integrity and consistency within ITSM ISMS andQMS systems
Support documentation efforts including creating and maintaining procedural guides andtechnical specifications using tools such as Confluence
Participate in process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows andrecommending enhancements
Collaborate with development and application teams to support testing deliverables useracceptance testing and release coordination effort
Support incident quality processes by assisting with data analysis for SLA reporting andservice compliance tracking
Assist with training rollouts for process changes and new features
Participate in crossdepartmental projects and support daily operations as assigned
Perform Maximo system administration tasks including configuration maintenance andtroubleshooting to ensure system efficiency for Projetech Maximo customers
Mind for troubleshooting and problemsolving skills for technical issues
Excellent communication skills between various stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Interest in data quality service management and process optimization
Technical documentation and research skills
Familiarity with SQL and reportwriting tools is a plus
