About the Role:
Join our team as a User Experience Designer where youll create low and highfidelity designs and interactive prototypes under the guidance of Lead and Senior UX Designers. Youll also contribute to user research and prototype testing efforts. This role offers opportunities to enhance your skills and collaborate with crossfunctional teams. Hybrid:Eight days a monthwe come together in the closest office within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to theLead UX Designerand work under the leadership of theDirector CX/UX Design with the BU of DXG UX/CX COE Wolters Kluwer DXG U.S. Inc. - 14 years experience as a UX Designer
- Proficient in interaction and visual interface design
- Experience designing complex applications for professionals
- Proficient in Figma
- Have an online portfolio showcasing your abilities. Be ready to explain your processes role and outcomes.
- Minimal travel required (less than 20
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
Skills:
- Wireframing:Intermediateskills in creating detailed wireframes and user flows.
- Prototyping:Abilityto create complex interactive prototypes in Figma that effectively communicate design concepts.
- User Research:Competencein conducting user research and synthesizing findings.
- Iteration:Skillsin iterating design solutions based on user feedback and prototype testing outcomes.
- Collaboration:Strongteamwork and communication skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams including working with developers to support implementation of designs.
- Presentation:Abilityto effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Design Systems:Knowledgeof using and maintaining design systems.
Responsibilities:
- Create user flows storyboards lowfidelity designs and interactive prototypes with moderate supervision.
- Develop highfidelity designs in Figma based on user research design systems and developer feedback. Assist in creating documentation.
- Learn and adopt our design and user research processes.
- Participate in user research interviews help synthesize data and analyze findings.
- Iterate and refine design solutions based on user research.
- Partner with product managers product owners and developers to align user needs with business goals.
- Present designs prototypes and research findings to peers and stakeholders.
- Familiarize yourself with our design system promote its use and contribute new components and variants.
- Work within an Agile Scrum team estimating and tracking UX work in Agile epics and stories.
