Staff Nurse (RGN)

Day Shifts 36 hours per week

Hourly Rate: 21

Our client a beautifully designed purposebuilt care home for older adults is seeking a kind skilled and reliable Staff Nurse (RGN) to join their compassionate team. With a strong CQC rating and a warm supportive culture the service is dedicated to delivering personcentred care that promotes dignity independence and quality of life.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is looking to work fulltime hours 36 per week) in a friendly inclusive environment where staff are truly valued.

What Youll Need

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in a nursing home care setting
  • Strong clinical skills and a caring personcentred approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding safety and continuous professional development

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver highquality nursing care in line with current guidelines and service standards
  • Support residents health wellbeing and independence through personalised care
  • Administer medication and treatments safely and effectively
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with families and the wider care team
  • Monitor and respond to changes in residents health escalating concerns appropriately
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and respectful environment
