Staff Nurse (RGN)
Day Shifts 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate: 21
Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 Sponsorship
Our client a beautifully designed purposebuilt care home for older adults is seeking a kind skilled and reliable Staff Nurse (RGN) to join their compassionate team. With a strong CQC rating and a warm supportive culture the service is dedicated to delivering personcentred care that promotes dignity independence and quality of life.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is looking to work fulltime hours 36 per week) in a friendly inclusive environment where staff are truly valued.
What Youll Need
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a nursing home care setting
- Strong clinical skills and a caring personcentred approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding safety and continuous professional development

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver highquality nursing care in line with current guidelines and service standards
- Support residents health wellbeing and independence through personalised care
- Administer medication and treatments safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with families and the wider care team
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents health escalating concerns appropriately
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and respectful environment
