This is a sales and customer facing position no office requirement.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • This CSE2 role is responsible for prospecting and selling into White Space Accounts in Michigan and Wisconsin.
  • Basic sales/funnel building techniques include cold calling setting up appointments establishing relationships with points of contact understanding needs of the business executing followup contacts making mobility recommendations creating mobility proposals responding to RFP handling eRate bid processes. It also entails working with ICB teams to establish the most competitive quote to win the business away from the competition.
  • Establish and execute the acquisition strategy across multiple sellers modules within a sales manager team.
  • Seller will coordinate frequent strategy meetings with the Mobility CSEs already working in territory.
  • Seller will also leverage Solution Provider partners to insure full contact coverage of white space accounts across the geography.

Client Relationship and Account Management: Identify build and maintain longterm client relationships. Understand their needs utilize consultative skills to close sales ensuring satisfaction and loyalty and may deliver tailored presentations.
Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Detailed Funnel management expected.
Market and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about market trends competitors and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
RFP response Management: May develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
Customer Support and Dispute Resolution: May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies providing effective solutions to billing installation and other customer issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must reside in the State of Michigan or Wisconsin
  • Must have extensive proven track record of cold calling to gain new business.
  • Proven Ability to forecast and manage Sales Funnel
  • In person Presentation skills Required

Our Senior Client Sol Exec 2 Mob Hunters earna base salary between $45000 $83900 commission with a total target compensation of $75000 $113900. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
