Trinity Management LLC is seeking a seasoned Regional Facilities Manager to join our dedicated and missiondriven team. Our Regional Facilities Managers play a vital leadership role in the maintenance and operational integrity of our properties. This handson position ensures our buildings run efficiently safely and in line with Trinitys highquality standards. The Regional Facilities Manager oversees a portfolio of properties directing maintenance teams managing capital projects supporting utility management and maintaining compliance with federal state and local regulations.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about facilities excellence comfortable leading a team and experienced in the operations of multifamily housing environments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Supervise daily maintenance operations across a designated property portfolio.
Serve as the goto expert for all facilityrelated inquiries within the region.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
Manage preventative maintenance schedules inventory and work order systems (Yardi experience strongly preferred).
Oversee and support HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical system repairs.
Coordinate capital improvement projects vendor selection and contractor oversight.
Monitor and control maintenance budgets and major equipment purchases.
Ensure timely and highquality completion of resident work orders and resolve maintenancerelated concerns.
Maintain compliance with company SOPs building codes and safety regulations.
Mentor train and evaluate maintenance staff and support their professional development.
Respond to emergencies 24/7 and be onsite within 30 minutes when needed.
Were Looking for Someone Who:
Has significant experience in facilities or maintenance management ideally within residential property management.
Is a strong leader who can manage teams and build effective relationships with vendors contractors and community members.
Possesses a deep understanding of building systems construction management and operational planning.
Is highly organized detailoriented and adept at multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
Is proficient with maintenance software (Yardi preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Holds a valid drivers license and is comfortable traveling between properties.
Specific logistical details include but are not limited to:
Ability to work evenings and be oncall for emergencies
40 hours per week with flexibility as needed
Travel required between assigned properties
15 days Paid Time Off (PTO)
Salary starting at $100000 commensurate with experience
