Obtains and distributes all requested supplies as needed.
Must maintain proper and clean uniform and appearance.
Maintain knowledge of proper food serving etiquette
Ability to carry multiple hot plates of food with/without food trays from the kitchen to the guests
Must be able to stay consistent with menu changes and given knowledge of all food dishes
Must maintain working knowledge of associated condiments to all food dishes
Keeping stations stocked with polished silverware and plates
Presetting all tables with silverware (rollups) and appetizer plates
Wrapping food to go per customer request
Clearing tables of empty plates/glasses and using proper cleaning products
Maintain clean work stations
Other Duties as assigned

Diverse fastpaced deadline driven multiproject coordination prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job.
