As a Business Analyst at Cyderes for Loopio you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy. You will be part of our Sales Operations Team. You will work closely with solutions architects marketing technical expertsand sales teams to deliver exceptional services that meet our bid management needs and drive growth within the business.
Loopio helps teams respond to RFPs and security questionnaires faster by providing a collaborative platform that allows users to streamline their content management process.
Responsibilities:
Library Management: Conduct scheduled reviews of the Loopiolibrary questions and answers with a variety of contributors. Ensure Stacks Categories and Tags remain relevant to our business model. Review duplicate answers.
Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs. Identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
AI and Magic: Assess how AI features and Magic features can be better used by the Bid Management and Solutions Architects team to speed up the drafting of a bid without sacrificing quality.
Graphic and Document Owner:Build out the library of images infographics document etc. on the loopio platform.
Loopio Contact: Act as the direct liaison between Cyderes and Loopio. Meet with our Loopio CSM on a frequent basis and report back to the Director of Sales Operations for relevant updates.
Performance Metrics: Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success and inform future development. Review the Reporting features on Loopio for data analysis.
CloseOut Procedures: Lead the closeout procedures in an RFP submission to ensure new questions are properly added to the library.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and engineers to create and refine product specifications ensuring feasibility and alignment with user experience principles.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders gathering input and feedback from sales customer support and customers.
Product Features Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of new features available to the Loopio Platform.
Customer Focus: Advocate for users by understanding their pain points and creating solutions that enhance their workflow and experience
Bid Management Support: Support the drafting of highquality bids and proposals.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Experience in product management or related role preferably in SaaS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective product strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive innovative mindset
