Salary: DOE

Work Life Balance: Hybrid

Contract - 6 month FTC 3 days per week

The Role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and cold outreach.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to attract new clients and partners.
  • Track and manage leads in CRM systems. ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries concerns and feedback.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support the development and execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as assigned.
  • Prepare regular reports on business performance pipeline status and key metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and contracts.
  • Work closely with product marketing and operations teams to align efforts and deliver value to clients.
  • Participate in team meetings brainstorming sessions and strategic planning.


Essentials:

  • Ability to analyze financial reports market trends and business performance metrics.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Basic knowledge of data protection compliance and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI Tableau or SQL for data driven decision making.
  • Awareness of business laws contracts and corporate governance.
  • Ability to leverage AI automation and emerging technologies for business efficiency.


    Bonus skills you may pack in your suitcase:

    • Experience within the insurance industry (if youve worked in travel even better!) or similar sector experience although an eagerness to improve your knowledge of our industry will bode well.
