Job Description

Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent (PartTime) Hampton Inn Waterbury

The Night Auditor is responsible for attending to the needs of guests balancing the revenue and expense transactions that occurred during the day and performing all the functions of the front desk staff during the audit shift. The Night Auditor will possess good communication and guest service skills and have the ability to take appropriate action to meet and exceed guest expectations.

What will I be doing

  • Audit post and balance daily cashiers
  • Ensure the credit card system reconciles with the daily transaction lists
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and overnight hours. (Mostly Fridays and Saturdays 11pm7am)
  • Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Process all checkins and checkouts according to established hotel requirements.
  • Adhere to payment cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
  • Generate print and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned.
