Optimal HR Group on behalf of its client an Italian luxury fashion company is looking to recruita Client Advisorfor its store in Mykonos (seasonal contract).
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding customers expectations.
- Consistently achieve monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Serving as an ambassador for the company.
- Discussing with clients and giving advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market.
- Maintaining security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers colleagues and merchandisers.
- Contributing to the daily operations of the store.
RequirementsRequirements:
- At least three 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience preferably in a similar role
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong organization skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Fluency in English
