TMobile Advertising Solutions (TAds) a division of TMobile USA is a new business unit within the Marketing Innovation and Experiences division focused on solving some of the biggest pain points in the media advertising industry. TAds is looking for an experienced product manager that will be responsible for managing video and gaming content within our media products in a fastpaced and dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have experience managing consumer mobile apps entertainment content properties or adtech products and working in crossfunctional teams to deliver new features and experiences on the product roadmap.

This role is also directly accountable for developing strong and productive relationships outside your direct team with Marketing Partnerships Sales and BD teams partner organizations dependent technology teams and supporting vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage content experiences within a complex widely used highly visible consumer mobile media product. This includes creating managing maintaining and presenting product plans business cases and roadmaps and working closely with outside organizations and vendors to source great content experiences.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and business Leadership to understand and execute strategy identify and capture product opportunities prioritize features establish project timelines ensure successful product delivery and meet revenue goals.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams in a large organization as well as outside vendors to continuously deliver new product features improvements and updates.
  • Communicate influence and sell ideas to Leadership. This includes regularly delivering product presentations and datadriven findings.
  • Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators conduct A/B tests and iterate on features to optimize user experiences.
  • Recognize and communicate technical challenges to stakeholders and make educated tradeoff decisions with teams vendors and stakeholders concerning prioritization and timelines.
  • Conduct market research gather user feedback and analyze data to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor products and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications Media Studies Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience (Required)


Work Experience:

  • 7 years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience.


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies including market research ideation user testing and agile development.
  • Strong writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.
  • Technical understanding of mobile app technologies and platforms as well as online and mobile advertising technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions.
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives.

Base Pay Range: $130900 $236200

Corporate Bonus Target: 20

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
