Residential Director

Are you the Residential Director we have been looking for In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!

The Walden Street Schoolis a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes intraumainformed provides 24hour comprehensive care including a school on site a full clinical staff nursing staff and direct care staff.

Schedule: Evenings/Weekends

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us there are times where overtime may be mandated.

JRI Provides The Training So That:

• YOU will be able to oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our students.
• YOU will be able to ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage.
• YOU will be able to provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff.
• YOU will be able to lead residential meetings andtrainings andrunsresidential shifts when needed.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelors degree is preferred.
• 35 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health programrequired.
• Oncallresponsibilities at times you willbe requiredto work overtime.
• Maintainsvaliddrivers license as transporting students isrequired.
• At JRI you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal deescalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
