Descrizione del lavoro
Siamo alla ricerca di una figura di un tecnico Software da inserire nel team Lifecycle ed in particolare nellarea delle Software Solutions.
La risorsa ideale abituata a lavorare in team con ottime capacit organizzative e interpersonali.
Responsabilit
- Analizzare le esigenze dei clienti gli approcci di implementazione e fornire soluzioni applicative di qualit;
- Svolgere attivit di installazione e formazione sia in loco che presso i clienti;
- Collaborare con i membri del team per completare i progetti rispettando le scadenze e supportare la forza vendita attraverso demo.
- Partecipazione allattivit di Help Desk per supporto tecnico ai Clienti e ai colleghi
Requisiti Richiesti
- Formazione grafica e informatica;
- Almeno cinque anni di esperienza nel settore a livello professionale;
- Conoscenza degli applicativi Prinect e/o principali software di uso comune in ambito grafico editoriale costituiranno titolo preferenziale;
- Disponibilit a viaggiare sul territorio nazionale ed eventualmente presso la casa madre in Germania per corsi di aggiornamento;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Conoscenze informatiche e del pacchetto MS Office
- Attitudine a trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale
