The purpose of this role is to manage all current Service Delivery accounts & team for the UKI. When required this will include covering the tasks of the Service Delivery Admin Forwards operatives and tasks assigned by Service Delivery Manager UKI.

Key Accountabilities

• Support with service delivery requests and conduct audits of Hospitals and customer visits where required.
• Provide proposals (findings from audit and recommendations of service level required & costing) from site audits conducted to commercial business managers.
• Complete open actions assigned from EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) Internal & External audits for the ForWards teams.
• Ensure all tasks within LSW (Lean Standard Work) are completed. (e.g Business and customer requests are responded to financial data collated on time)
• Provide an update to the FLT (Forwards Leadership team) on current status of Managed Inventory accounts and pipeline to onboard new customers.
• To chair or support HR functions including disciplinaries monthly check ins and investigations
• Ensure ForWards Team are meeting KPIs & performing role in line with EHS QA & Operational standards expected.
• Lead allocations of Back Order Management for Service Delivery Accounts.
• Team Schedule Bank Holiday Planning & Sickness / Holiday Cover.
• Data Collation completed for each site to share with Service Delivery Mgr for CRMs.
• Encourage standard methodologies within EHS QA and Kaizens to minimize waste and seek efficiencies.
• Perform ACE Check ins with all Operatives.
• Manage Operational Hours within ForWards team & keep Overtime costs to a minimum.
• Coordinate hire vehicle servicing maintenance and swap overs.
• Maintain & Review all SOJTs / SOPS for team to ensure compliance.
• Support with data management of all Service Delivery Accounts I.e. Picking & Driver Instructions.
• Supervise and support all daytoday functions of Managed inventory service along with Administrator such as Order processing backorders customer queries.
• To complete face to face service level reviews with all customers.
• To ensure all Forwards operatives required practices are appropriate and up to date; SOPs OJTs BAXU Driving (Traxall) DBS Manual handling HR
• To perform routine spot checks at hospital sites to ensure high standard is being maintained.
• To manage workload effectively working collaboratively with multiple departments
