Job Description

VP of Quality & Released Product Engineering

Are you ready to lead quality operations that directly impact patients lives around the globe My client is seeking a passionate and strategic quality leader to champion compliance innovation and the continuous improvement of lifechanging implantable medical devices. This is your chance to shape a global Quality Management System and build a critical function from the ground up.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.

  • Oversee internal audits supplier audits and regulatory inspections.

  • Build and lead postmarket product engineering activities (RPE) for released products.

  • Lead complaint handling CAPA product returns and field performance evaluations.

  • Serve as a key liaison with contract manufacturers and logistics partners.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.

  • Have experience with both quality leadership and released product engineering.

  • Comfortable being the Management Representative for audits and inspections.

  • Familiar with US FDA ISO 13485 and international medical device regulations.

  • Experience with implantable or Class III devices is a strong advantage.

  • Experience withCardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) devices such as pacemakers ICDs (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators)
