The Operations Internship is designed to help develop technical knowledge of operations principles and accelerate the development of critical industry skills and experience.- Interaction with various functional teams across Airgas
Challenging projects and responsibilities that foster innovative thinking and strong problem solving abilities
Opportunities to participate in leadership development activities workshops and trainings and networking events
Are you a MATCH
Must be enrolled in an accredited university majoring in Supply Chain Operations Management Business or similar major.
Junior or Senior level; future graduate.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze data.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize workload and selfmanage projects handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Detail oriented and strong problem solving and decision making skills.
Able to work with all levels of employees and management within the organization.
Comfort and ability to work within ambiguity.
Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite.
Ambition to build career in Operations Production Distribution or Supply Chain leadership
