Responsibilities
- A Hotel Room Inspectors primary responsibility is to ensure guest rooms meet hotel standard for cleanliness functionality and overall presentation. They inspect rooms after housekeeping update room status. They report any maintenance issues or guest complaints. Additional they may coach housekeepers.
- Thoroughly checking guest rooms for cleanliness proper linen and supplies functioning amenities (lights TV AC and overall room presentation.
- Notifying the front desk when rooms are clean vacant and ready for occupancy.
- Reporting maintenance problems safety hazards and any damages or disturbances.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience
- Available to work nights weekends and holidays as needed
