BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a RN Case Managerfor our Rochester MN Adult and Pediatric Skilled Nursing office. This office provides bestinclass care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Rochester MNand surrounding areas.

Responsibilities for a RN Nurse Manager:
- Supervise a team of field nurses.
- Conduct supervisory visits as needed within the homes.
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our pediatric adult and geriatric clients forsupervisory/assessment visits
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver inservices for field staff.
Qualifications for a RN Nurse Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN.
- Experience with trachs/vents is preferred but not a requirement
- Supervisory experience a plus.
