Job Description

- Ability to communicate well in English and Spanish
- Moderate to strong computer skills
- Must be highly organized and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates including social media employee referrals etc.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit.
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and best practices in human resources.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies for different job levels and functions ensuring alignment with workforce needs and company goals.
- Work together with Operations Manager to track employee performance evaluations.
- Monthly employee attrition reports.
