About the Role
Were looking for a passionate and resourceful Recruiter to join our People team! This individual will be responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting for all US-based roles primarily supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) while also playing a key role in Recruiting Operations. Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for primarily GTM roles (Sales Marketing Customer Success etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements build effective sourcing strategies and guide them through a structured hiring process
- Deliver high-quality candidate experience from outreach to offer
Maintain accurate data in our ATS and contribute to hiring metrics and reporting - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Recruiting Operations:
- Partner with the Recruiting and People team to implement and improve tools systems and workflows
- Lead or support initiatives such as interviewer training hiring manager enablement and process documentation
- Identify inefficiencies or pain points in the hiring process and recommend solutions
- Contribute to talent-related projects including employer brand DEI initiatives and internal mobility
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on GTM roles
- Experience working in high-growth environments or startup settings
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse Lever)
- Strong operational mindset with experience implementing tools and improving recruiting processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for building inclusive and scalable recruiting programs
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Recruiting Operations or in a hybrid recruiting/operations role
- Background working with international teams or supporting global recruiting
- Familiarity with employer branding and candidate experience best practices
