About the Role:

Grade Level (for internal use):

Role: Apprentice Client Operations

Experience : Fresher

Tenure: 12 months

Schedule: APAC/EMEA/US Shift 5 days a week)

Work Location: Ahmedabad India (Expected to follow Hybrid Work Setup i.e. AnchorFlex days)

The Team: Our team supports S&P Global team members in our Client Services organization by managing and improving tools and applications they use to support our clients. This team works with employees around the globe and at all levels providing a unique opportunity to get exposure to all areas of the business.

The Impact: The Apprentice will be responsible for the accuracy and usability of the tools and applications we manage including our phone system chat software chatbot software and other channels we use to support our clients. The associate will work alongside a senior team of specialists and collaborate with many internal teams on enhancements and product testing.

Responsibilities:

As an Apprentice Client Operations you will:

  • Handle questions related to existing CRM and support functionality. Provide professional timely and quality support to our customer queries.
  • Participate in project and application management duties to improve our internal tools and external client experience.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing with a high level of scrutiny ensuring successful project delivery
  • Run reports and dashboards for client interaction monitoring and for monthly department reporting
  • Work with stakeholders to understand procedures and workflow guides. Ensure materials and guides are up to date.
  • Help drive any key initiatives aligned to our customer or CS teams need. And work with a LEAN mindset.

Ideal candidate is expected to have:

  • An undergraduate degree or certification in a related field and possess strong quantitative analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Salesforce end user experience
  • Beginner to intermediate in MS office tools
  • Strong organization prioritization problem identification and problemsolving skills to manage workflows.
  • A focus on improving the service we deliver to our clients

  • Embrace the cultural values in the daytoday work

What Were Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree on Business Computer Science Software or any related field.
  • Must possess strong quantitative analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and be able to articulate the problems and provide comprehensive solutions
  • The candidate should possess strong organization prioritization problem identification and problemsolving skills to manage internal workflows and client communication.
