The Role:
As a ManagingFamily Law Paralegal youll work closely with experienced attorneys on highvalue family law cases in Franklin and surrounding counties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling depositions and coordinating attorney calendars
- Compiling discovery documents and preparing filings
- Drafting pleadings motions and other legal documents
- Managing case files and ensuring all deadlines are met
- Communicating with clients experts and opposing counsel
- Assisting attorneys from case initiation through resolution
- Providing direction and training to junior team members as you grow into a leadership role
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience: a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in family law.
- Skills: Familiar with local court rules and legal software (MAC Clio Google Drive Lexis Nexis iPhone/Apple Products).
- Attributes: Strong work ethic selfmotivated personable and able to handle tasks independently.
