The Role:

As a ManagingFamily Law Paralegal youll work closely with experienced attorneys on highvalue family law cases in Franklin and surrounding counties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling depositions and coordinating attorney calendars
  • Compiling discovery documents and preparing filings
  • Drafting pleadings motions and other legal documents
  • Managing case files and ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Communicating with clients experts and opposing counsel
  • Assisting attorneys from case initiation through resolution
  • Providing direction and training to junior team members as you grow into a leadership role

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in family law.

  • Skills: Familiar with local court rules and legal software (MAC Clio Google Drive Lexis Nexis iPhone/Apple Products).
  • Attributes: Strong work ethic selfmotivated personable and able to handle tasks independently.
  • Desire: Looking to join a great work culture where youll feel empowered valued and appreciated.
