We are seeking a skilled Cisco Communication Analyst to join our team for a 36 month project in Cuyahoga County to support our clients in optimizing their communication systems. In this role you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting Cisco communication solutions ensuring reliable and efficient communication across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice video and instant messaging systems.
- Coordinate with network and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of voice and data systems.
- Perform regular system maintenance upgrades and patch management.
- Document configurations processes and procedures for communication systems.
Requirements
- Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in Cisco communication systems.
- Ability to work onsite in Cuyahoga County
- Reliable transportation between sites (mileage reimbursed)
*Travel is required between partner sites in Cuyahoga County. Due to the immediacy of this opportunity we are only considering candidates that already live a drivable distance to the site.
**This is a 1099 project slated to start May 5th.
