Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Administrative Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist to assist with data management administrative tasks and client interactions.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate data processing while providing excellent customer service. This position involves handling highvolume data entry maintaining records and responding to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data in internal systems databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verify and review information for accuracy completeness and compliance.
  • Process administrative documents and ensure proper recordkeeping.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide support to internal teams by retrieving and organizing data as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointment setting and followups.
  • Troubleshoot basic customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security best practices.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Minimum of X years of experience in data entry customer service or administrative support.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and CRM/data management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Customerfocused with a professional and friendly demeanor.
