Capital One is looking for a talented Recruiter to join our Students & Grads Talent Acquisition Team. This is an exciting opportunity to infuse the organization with talent brokers for Capital One. In partnership with your team you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process provide consulting and guidance to our S&G Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. You will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a bestinclass recruitment shop.
Roles and Responsibilities
Full lifecycle recruitment including planning sourcing coordinating and executing all stages of the recruitment process
Candidate management highly organized detailed oriented and can effectively communicate with candidates
Partner with hiring managers and business group or organization leads and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
Work crossfunctionally across a team of high performing recruiters
Effectively work with business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategy
Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines career sites recruiting events and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
Build relationships with candidates at a highvolume understand their interest and passion and direct them to the right role or opportunity
Track highvolume candidate data in realtime with precision
Contribute to adhoc recruitment projects

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or 1 year of experience in human resources or 1 year of client consulting experience or a combination of the three
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in recruiting
2 years of experience in human resources
3 years of client consulting experience

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean VA: $80100 $91400 for RecruiterCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
