In this fastpaced multifaceted role youll champion wellmanaged process excellence through of risk assessment activities influencing and improving controls and monitoring the enterprise and division risk ecosystems for impacts trends and opportunities to ensure PPX delivers on its promises to customers. • In this role you will:

  • Partner with Risk Advisors and business SMEs to support design identification implementation and documentation of controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to internal and external requirements across a matrixed business ecosystem

  • Support of risk assessments controls testing process documentation reporting etc. Manage all quality assurance and quality control review follow up related to risk assessments and control testing results

  • Manage risk and control documentation & approval activities; ensure risk and control records remain adherent to all enterprise standards and requirements by monitoring process health and exception reports

  • Liaison with our central Controls Advisory Testing team and business control Subject Matter Experts to ensure timely of annual controls testing

  • Participate in risk forums and champion best practices across the PPX Risk Advisory team to drive efficiency and consistency in our risk management approach

  • Analyze and synthesize data and reporting to proactively identify risks and trends and provide valuable insights that support decisionmaking

  • Execute complex projects and provide support to PPX risk and business areas as needed in areas such as audit management exam management and complaints management

• Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of experience in operations risk management compliance or audit

  • At least 2 years of experience in process management project management or relationship management

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 3 year experience identifying and documenting operational controls for digital customer experiences

  • 3 year experience using spreadsheets to analyze data and drive reporting

  • 3 year experience using Fuse or other Governance Risk and Compliance software tools

  • Lean Agile Six Sigma Business Process Management or Project Management Certification

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
