Were looking for a friendly organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon! If you thrive in a fastpaced beauty focused environment and love making people feel special this is the place for you! Youll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience from the first phone call to checking out with a smile. Responsibilities include booking appointments managing the schedule handling guest checkins/outs and supporting our lash artists so they can do what they do best. We offer a positive team culture performance based bonuses and plenty of room to grow! Hourly rate is based on experience with opportunities to earn more through performance incentives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person or by phone
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Contribute to group operations such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum 35 years Retail Sales Experience (bonus points if its in the beauty or wellness industry!
- Previous work experience in Front Desk Sales or Retail preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels
- Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
- Exceptional customer service skills (inperson and over the phone)
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Can work weekends and evenings
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

Compensation: $13.00 $16.00 per hour

When women visit The Lash Lounge they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
