When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you assist in rolling out advanced program management services and collaborate with senior program leadership. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining professional standards while enhancing your leadership style to motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality.
Responsibilities
Implement leading practice program management services

What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree
9 years of experience
PMP/PRINCE2/MSP certified
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
CSM/PSM certification preferred
Proven experience in large transformation projects
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Exceptional client service commitment
Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to write and deliver proposals
Skilled negotiation and influence skills

Consulting background is a plus
