Position Summary & Purpose
Perform all basic production requirements as directed by plant manager or shift lead for carrying out a safe and efficient operation.
The numerous duties involved include at a minimum the following: Operating machinery inspection and maintenance on all machinery preparing product for loading and delivering; cleaning and performing basic maintenance on all equipment and tools.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Safely complete all production tasks
Operate machinery including loaders and forklifts
Inspect and maintain machinery such as screens mills and load outs
Maintain a clean and organized workplace
Fulfilling all delivery orders in a safe and timely manner
Offering customer service whenever required
Education and Experience
Day Shift Hours are from 5am 5pm; Night Shift 5pm5am
Must be able to stand for a majority of the shift
Good mechanical aptitude
Capacity to operate light and heavy machinery
2 years working in production environment (preferred)
Preemployment physical
Drug and alcohol testing
Background check
