We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Assistant & Sales Enablement to Exec. Director European Business Development to join our dynamic team. In this role you will provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director European Business Development contributing to the successful of strategic initiatives and business expansion efforts across the European region. As a qualified professional you will play a key role in facilitating seamless communication ensuring effective coordination of sales activities and supporting sales enablement processes. This position requires a proactive mindset strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced international environment.

These are your key tasks:

  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM to ensure data accuracy integrity and availability.
  • Generate reports dashboards and KPIs to support datadriven sales decisionmaking.
  • Streamline and document sales processes to align with company objectives and best practices.
  • Develop and distribute sales enablement materials and training resources to enhance team performance.
  • Assist in managing leads and opportunities ensuring smooth handovers between sales and operations.
  • Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Administer and optimize sales tools and Salesforce integrations to improve productivity.
  • Provide Salesforce and sales process training to internal team members.
  • Prepare reports presentations and business correspondence on behalf of the Executive Director.
  • Manage complex schedules appointments and travel logistics for the Executive Director.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings ensuring followup on action items.
  • Support strategic projects and business initiatives through research coordination and .
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including expense reporting office operations and vendor coordination.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales coordination sales operations executive assistance or a similar role preferably within the freight forwarding logistics or supply chain sectors.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support capacity with a strong understanding of business development and commercial processes.
  • Solid knowledge of freight forwarding logistics or supply chain operations is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint Teams Excel PowerPoint and Outlook); experience with Salesforce is highly desirable. Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a crossfunctional international team environment.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate resistance and manage stakeholder expectations diplomatically.
  • Adaptability and composure in highpressure or dynamic work environments.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset.
