The Opportunity

Were looking for an Associate Editorial Director to drive creative and strategic excellence across our EU and US content output. Sitting in the global hub team this role covers everything from campaign oversight to developing toolkits playbooks and publishing systems that turn brand strategy into bestinclass social content.
This is a senior role within a fastpaced highoutput account for a major music podcast and audiobook streaming brand. Youll work with global and EU market teams to drive creative excellence implement cuttingedge socialfirst thinking and evolve how we activate across TikTok Instagram and YouTube. Youll work handinhand with creatives strategists and client leads to turn insight into impact and at scale.
Youll need to balance structure and speed setting standards while moving at the pace of culture. Youll bring clarity to complexity shaping decks docs and creative strategies that teams across markets can pick up and run with. Youll lead the charge on finetuning content systems that allow for reactive ideation alongside planning channel growth and platform best practice. A deep understanding of audience behavior content formats and the trends shaping social is essential.
This role requires sharp instincts strong creative judgement and systems thinking. Youll be the goto lead on content and publishing strategy helping markets move fast without losing focus or quality.
