Job Description

Position Description:

Position: Tech Lead
Experience : 8 to 12 years
Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers and QA to understand functional and technical requirements overall architecture design and data model.
Code Review and DevOps: Oversee all change merges in the DevOps process including review code merge and deployment. Ensure clean code principles are implemented and maintained.
Collaboration: Align with project managers and business analysts to bridge the scope plan and timelines for overall delivery.
Testing Leadership: Lead unit tests system integration tests (SIT) and user acceptance tests (UAT). Ensure test coverage and defect resolution as per applicable SLAs.
Technical Ownership: Own the overall technical architecture and design including data models process flows and data integrations with thirdparty systems.
Mentoring: Mentor and train existing team members on related technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Odoo architecture Python JavaScript REST APIs Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
System Administration: Proficiency in Linuxbased environments virtual machines and container management.
Database Management: Expertise in PostgreSQL including tuning replication and backup strategies.
Cloud Technologies: Experience with AWS Google Cloud Azure and cloudbased hosting.
Networking & Security: Knowledge of network security firewalls VPNs and SSL/TLS management.
DevOps Practices: Experience with Git Jenkins TravisCI and automated deployment pipelines.
High Availability: Setting up multinode environments using Redis or Memcached and CDN optimization.
Performance Optimization: Tuning Odoos performance settings and optimizing code and queries.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership communication and collaboration skills.

Scope: Design create deploy and manage a cloudnative multitenant platform on Odoo.
Technologies: Odoo ERP v15 Python JavaScript HTML/CSS/XML REST APIs Docker Kubernetes GitLab PostgreSQL.
Tools: Jira GitLab Confluence.
Agile Management: Scrum sprint planning and retrospectives.
Deliverables: User stories designed developed and tested as per sprint commitments.
