Job Description

Compensation Range: $19.47 to $24.86 Hourly

Storage Clerk Fulltime hourly $22.00/hr starting
This position involves providing support for all matters related to storage and UBox warehouses in the 802 area. Candidates must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and have a personal vehicle for travel between locations in Brooklyn Queens and Staten Island. Mileage will be reimbursed. Location will be 75 in the field and 25 at the MCO.
The ideal candidate should have experience in storage with prior knowledge of UBox being a plus as well as some familiarity with Microsoft Office. Below is a list of responsibilities the clerk will be expected to handle. Some tasks will be handson while others will involve reporting and support to ensure progress is being made.
  • Auditing
    • Moveins for good meaningful assurance.
    • Delinquent contracts to verify collection efforts are being made.
    • Damaged & Needs cleaning unit report to make sure rooms are being fixed and cleaned timely.
    • Walkarounds to make sure we are regularly doing them and not missing units.
    • Compiling weekly storage report
  • Auctions
    • Assigning units monthly helping centers manage these down as close to zero every month.
    • Accompanying FMT to cut locks before auction while taking pictures and adding to LockerFox.
    • Ensuring rooms that will be sold have all the necessary notes collection efforts photos and documents uploaded.
    • Processing post auction paperwork and following up to make sure unsold rooms are being emptied timely.
  • Support at stores
    • Helping GM and Storage Manager to make sure we have a clean dry and secure building.
    • Are programs in place
      • Cleaning carts and supply rooms 100 cleaning map/plan.
      • Collection call plan
      • Issues in storage that need attention ie. repairs
      • Model rooms and menu board correct with correct pricing
      • Housekeepers using mobile device for everything
  • UBox
    • Are programs in place
      • Box shunting
      • Scanning
      • To Do
      • R&D area organized and stocked
      • Warehouse daily checklist
    • Issues in the warehouse that need attention.

This position also qualifies for additional compensation through our Performance Compensation Program.
