Job Description:

The Assistant Branch Operations Manageris responsible forlearning all aspects of branch operations byassistingBranch OperationManager and providing daytoday direction to team members

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • In the absence of the Branch Operations Manager assumes responsibility for daytoday activities and operations of the branch.
  • Reviewsunderstandsand follows companysafety and securityprocedures and serves as a role model to ensure compliance by all team members.
  • Supports team members in their training and development and enables immediate application to daily work.
  • Maintains a customer serviceoriented philosophy in all conduct to self and other team members.
  • Assists Branch Operations Manager to learn all functions of Branch Management including operations staffing training reviewing team member performanceexpense management and budgeting.
  • Uses vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Essential Job Skills

  • Ability to perform basic clerical and physical tasks.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and capability of working effectively with others.
  • Ability to read and write comprehensive detailed instructionscorrespondenceand memos.
  • Must be able to read write and speak English fluently.
  • Proficient in basic math skills.
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Detailorientated and strong prioritization skills.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse related field.
  • Comfortable with using Microsoft Office application.
  • Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be able to read write and speak English fluently.
  • Eligible to work in the Unites States.
  • Be available to open and close the warehouse Monday through Friday and Saturdays (as needed).
  • Meet all applicable statespecific drivers license requirements.

Ideal Candidates

  • Comfortable with all aspects of Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint Word Excel).
  • Extremely organized anddemonstratesthe ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Understands staffing requirements.
  • Broad understanding of multiple department functions.
  • Must be able to read write and speak English fluently.
  • Have excellent multitasking ability
  • Willingnessto continue to evolve and develop personal skills to meet the changing environment.
  • Demonstrated selfstarter and motivated individual.
  • Ability to challenge upwards respectful pushback.
  • Willingnessto learn new skills and gain knowledge about all aspects of the Branch operations.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred.
  • Understanding of P&L.

Education

  • Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.

Certificates Licenses

  • Willingto get powered equipment certification.
  • Must meet all applicable statespecific drivers license requirements prior to driving a company vehicle to perform delivery duties.

Pay Range

USD $25.00 USD $29.75 /Hr.
