What Youll Be Doing
As a BHH Coordinator/TCM youll blend clinical insight community coordination and direct client support to guide children and families through the behavioral health system. This handson heartfirst role combines meaningful relationships with professional development.
You will:
- Build trusting relationships with kids and families even in hardtoreach situations.
- Create and manage tailored treatment plans based on each childs strengths and goals.
- Coordinate services across providers schools hospitals and other supports.
- Facilitate team meetings safety plans and crisis support when needed.
- Champion each childs needs through advocacy and education.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team that lifts each other up.

What Were Looking For
- A Bachelors degree in psychology social work education nursing or a related human services field. (Or a bachelors degree in another field 1 year of relevant experience.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportationyoull be out in the community often!
