We are currently looking for a Deployment and Support Engineer to join our team in Clichy 92. In this role you will play a crucial part in deploying supporting and optimizing Sectras solutions in the healthcare sector ensuring our customers success and ultimately improving outcomes for patients worldwide.

Whether you are implementing our solutions performing upgrades resolving technical incidents or providing expert support your role will be key to our customers satisfaction and operational success.
As a Deployment and Support Engineer you will combine deployment activities with highlevel technical support. Youll be part of the Customer Operations department working closely with system engineers project managers application specialists and global support teams.
Your main responsibilities will include:
You will develop a strong understanding of Hospital IT systems communication protocols interoperability frameworks and work with technologies that directly support patient journeys in France.
Since we follow the same processes worldwide you will also have opportunities to collaborate internationally and even work abroad for shorter or longer assignments
