If you answered YES then we are looking for you to be our new Clinical Director!
My Life My Choice is a survivorled program through Justice Resource Institute working to end the commercial sexual exploitation of children. We believe that no one should be bought or sold. We offer a continuum of survivorled services including Survivor Mentoring intensive case management group work mental health services exploitation prevention programming and solutions and professional training and advocacy. Over the past 20 years we have served more than 3300 youth and trained more than 21300 providers in Massachusetts and nationally. Learn more about us on our Instagram THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Provide oversight and supervision to the Survivor Empowerment Services program areas.
- Provide clinical support to a small caseload of mentees.
- Collaborate with our leadership team on strategic goals.
- Support the oversight of all documentation requirements of Survivor Empowerment staff.
- Conduct proactive outreach and maintain relationships with systems serving our youth including but not limited to the Department of Children and Families Family Networks Department of Youth Services etc.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Holds a Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling and is Independently Licensed LICSW or LMHC.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising direct service staff and/or clinical staff.
- Knowledge of and experience with vulnerable youth with complex trauma with exposure to commercial sexual exploitation.
- Positive attitude and belief in the hope of recovery from commercial sexual exploitation for youth of all genders.
- Demonstrated competence in care coordination with human service/health care providers.
- Experience and success in training service providers in small and large settings.
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license and full use of a registered inspected and insured vehicle.
- Survivors of sexual exploitation are encouraged to apply.
