Job Title: Press Tool Design Engineer
Location: Redditch West Midlands
Position: Permanent
Salary: Circa 45000 per annum

EMBS Engineering is partnering with a leading precision engineering company on the outskirts of South Birmingham to recruit a talented and experienced Press Tool Design Engineer on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a Press Tool Design Engineer to join a growing organisation and contribute to the design of highprecision tooling for a diverse range of demanding industries.
Key Responsibilities for the Press Tool Design Engineer:
Support the Manufacturing Manager in achieving departmental objectives. Designing jigs fixtures and press tools for manufacturing processes.

Successful applicants for the Press Tool Design Engineer must be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience working within demanding industries such as Automotive Aerospace & Defence Power Generation Medical or Nuclear.
Demonstrable experience in Press Tool design.
Ability to independently create and design effective jigs and fixtures.
Strong engineering competence with Solidworks or similar CAD packages.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
