Job Description

Position Overview

Our focus is simple but meaningful from our distribution centers to our offices every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families neighbors and communities.

As an HR Business Partner II you will provide strategic support to the business by developing and executing an HR strategy that aligns with business goals and drives outcomes for the functions you support. In this role you will act as a coach and advisor to multiple functional leaders and their teams ensuring that business results are achieved in line with company expectations. You will engage with broader HR resources including the expertise and support of the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Shared Services teams to successfully implement this strategy. Additionally you will lead and develop a team of direct reports who contribute to executing the strategic vision for the assigned functions.

Job Description

  • FullTime OnSite Role

  • Primary Location:2215 Union Ave Sheboygan WI 53081

  • Travel to: Piggly Wiggly stores in Wisconsin and Grand Union stores in upstate New York.

You will contribute by:

  • Collaborating strategically with the business to develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with both business and HR objectives.

  • Partnering with Functional Leaders to provide trusted guidance on people organizational and capabilityrelated aspects of our business strategy.

  • Identifying developing and executing HR programs that support business objectives and key performance priorities.

  • Coaching and advising leaders on talent development and performance management.

  • Playing a key role in fostering a talent management mindset and implementing a talent agenda aligned with critical business priorities.

  • Driving key HR initiatives including talent management training succession planning workforce planning performance management and salary reviews.

  • Analyzing key business trends and partnering with HR crossfunctional teams to develop solutions programs and policies that support organizational goals.

  • Collaborating with the Center of Excellence (COE) to raise awareness and drive focus on organizational Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiatives at the local level.

  • Working knowledge of HRrelated laws and regulations.

  • Ability to establish credibility and influence leaders.

  • Strong focus on both internal and external customer service.

  • A resultsdriven mindset with the ability to deliver outstanding outcomes across the organization.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Collaborative approach to working across divisions functions and levels.

  • Project management analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to leverage data to inform insights.

  • Sensitivity and discretion in handling priority or confidential issues.

  • 57 years of experience in Human Resources in relevant roles.

  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience supporting both professional and hourly employee groups.

  • Willingness to travel to multiple store locations including overnight travel.
