Position Overview
The Mobile Services Operations Manager plays a critical role in managing the daily financial operational and client service functions of a Securitas Mobile Services operation. This includes oversight of patrol inspection shared guarding and response services. The position supports line management in achieving both short and longterm objectives related to profitable revenue growth client satisfaction and retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operational Oversight
- Manage daytoday operations including supervision of mobile patrol inspection shared guarding and/or response services.
- Ensure field personnel deliver highquality consistent service aligned with client expectations.
- Client Engagement
- Maintain regular contact with clients to assess satisfaction address concerns and implement service improvements.
- Support new client onboarding contract negotiations and ongoing relationship management.
- Financial and Performance Analysis
- Analyze key operational and financial indicators to drive performance improvements and ensure profitability.
- Assist in the development and administration of the operational budget.
- Team Leadership & Staff Development
- Lead recruitment onboarding training and retention of highcaliber personnel.
- Provide coaching performance feedback and disciplinary actions as needed ensuring all staff are treated with professionalism and respect.
- Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
- Resource Management
- Oversee vehicle maintenance driver training equipment procurement and uniform inventory.
- Review and submit payroll and personnel records accurately and on time.
- Scheduling & Labor Management
- Coordinate with line management to create and maintain efficient staffing schedules that meet client requirements while optimizing labor costs.
- Review scheduling reports and ensure followthrough on service commitments.
- Strategic and Administrative Support
- Provide input on companywide initiatives and support the resolution of legal HR financial and operational issues in partnership with leadership.
- Additional Duties
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support operations and business objectives.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Associates degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the security industry or in operations/business management with supervisory responsibilities.
- Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of education 1 year of experience 1 academic year).
