Job Description
Woody Buick GMC is a familyowned dealership with over 20 years of experience. Were focused on our customer and our community and were always seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join our team! This is a part time position that includes evenings and Saturdays and would average about 20 25 hours a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer dealership group phones
- Process and receipt money received
- Greetcustomers
- Direct customers to the correct department notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales team and office personnel
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Type memos correspondence reports and other documents
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A clean driving record & valid drivers license
- A professional appearance
