We are looking for someone to join the most active multifamily acquisitions team in the industry. As an Acquisitions Associate you will work with the LivCor/Blackstone deal teams to identify/underwrite/acquire/sell multifamily assets for Blackstones investment vehicles. Since 2018 the platform has transacted tens of billions of multifamily assets. In addition to unmatched transaction experience you will gain direct exposure and mentorship from seasoned real estate investors across the LivCor/Blackstone teams. Furthermore you will have the opportunity to leverage the platforms competitive advantage via proprietary business intelligence and a suite of inhouse specialist teams including Redevelopment Revenue Management Asset Management CapEx Operations Financial Planning & Analysis Marketing Strategic Initiatives as well as access to industry leading technology solutions. This role will report to a Market Leader on the Investments Team.

$120000.00 To $150000.00. This represents the presentlyanticipated low and high end of the Companys base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location and experience.Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
