Position: Site Administrator (Travel Role Construction & Renewables)
Location: TravelBased OnSite Trailer Office
Type: FullTime Per Diem Travel Coverage Available

Overview:
Are you ready to take your career on the road Were looking for a highly organized and resourceful Site Administrator to support highimpact construction and renewable energy projects across the country. This is a travelbased position where youll be embedded at project sites working directly from the trailer officethe hub of onsite operations.

What Youll Be Doing:
As the Site Administrator youll serve as the onsite administrative lead supporting both project management and field staff. You will maintain and track daily site reports timesheets safety documentation and meeting notes ensuring all records are accurate and uptodate. Youll assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members arriving to the site and coordinate travel lodging and site access for visiting personnel.
Additionally youll manage supply orders deliveries and keep the trailer office wellorganized and stocked. Youll collaborate with corporate teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance with project standards. As a key player in onsite efficiency youll help maintain a professional efficient and safe trailer office environment that supports the overall success of the project.
What Were Looking For:
Were seeking candidates with a bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration Construction Management or a related field. Previous experience working in construction or renewable project environments is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable working onsite in a trailer office at active job sites and able to adapt quickly in dynamic settings.
Strong communication multitasking and problemsolving skills are essential along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital document management tools. You must be open to traveling and living onsite for extended periods and bring a proactive organized approach to supporting project teams.
