Technology Delivery Manager Finance & People (HR)

Barbican & Epsom Hybrid Working 12 days a week) Technology FixedTerm Contract: 12 Months FullTime

Competitive salary depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

Nuffield Health is looking for a Technology Delivery Manager for an exciting programme of work within the Employee Infrastructure and Data technology unit to join us on a 12month fix term contract.

As the Technology Delivery Manger within our Finance Procurement & HR squad youll be at the heart of delivering multiple important initiatives across our Nuffield estate. Youll be working in a multidisciplined team covering both project / programme delivery and continuous improvements in the finance and human resources space.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Technology Delivery Manager with a strong track record in delivering projects across a complex environment. You will bring a strategic mindset excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive complex initiatives to successful completion. Experience in healthcare would be a bonus but a passion for delivering fastpaced change in a complex estate is what were looking for.

As a Technology Delivery Manager youll bring:

  • Significant demonstrable experience of practising and embedding at least one applicable methodology: Scrum Kanban Waterfall etc.

  • Proven delivery experience in a complex technology environment with a high volume of change balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.

  • An accomplished credible and respected professional with welldeveloped stakeholder management communication influencing and negotiation skills gained in a complex organisation.

  • Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Provide effective operational leadership in respect of finance and/or people / HR solutions within the technology department.

  • Demonstrable capability to resolve conflict and to build maintain and utilise relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.

  • A collaborative working style with a relentless focus on delivering outcomes.

  • Experience of working in healthcare and managing best practice in the field of finance or people solutions would be beneficial
