Overview
Ira Toyota of Danvers is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive are looking to add a qualified Sales Business Development CenterAgentto our team.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads (phone Internet) and direct to appropriate contact
- Contact present customers (phone email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships etc. leads through networking cold calling and referrals
- Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
- Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
- Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
- Outstanding Customer Service
Qualifications
- Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred.
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent followthrough skills
- Solid working knowledge of the Internet
- Familiarity with automotive financing
Maintaining a positive cando attitude
- High School Diploma or equivalent
